On 9th September, Brendan Revell, the Chairman & Founder of the Global Youth New Zealand Charitable Trust and Fei Tong, the Executive of the GYNZ, were invited to attend the opening ceremony of the Dun Huang culture exhibition held at the Due Drop Events Centre in Manukau, Auckland.

Well addressed by the keynote speakers, including Gaoyi Mo, the Minister of State Council Information Office of China; Grant Smith, the Mayor of Palmerston North City Council; Xiaolong Wang, the Chinese Ambassador to New Zealand; and Jenny Salesa, the Member of Parliament of New Zealand, the transnational cultural exchange plays a significant role in the economic and societal prosperity of both New Zealand and China, and it may enhance the mutual understanding and sustainable development of the two nations as well as their people and communities The opening ceremony was also featured by the sculpture and painting replicas, art performance, the virtual reality digital immersive technology, and more beyond. During the event, the representatives of the GYNZ exchanged with the attendees from public and private sectors with regards to the transnational sport and cultural cooperation to promote youth development in both New Zealand and China.
